NEW B.M.P. Brand Set of 5 Resistance Bands, Great for any Home Workout Exercise Including Physical Therapy I’ve been using my purchase for a few weeks now and really like them. They’re a great purchase! I wanted to get some bands to use for the Beach Body Power Half Hour and P90X and these are perfect for that!
Pros: Nice quality resistance bands, sturdy, good grips
Cons: A little short in my opinion (I feel that it was tough to do some of the exercises because of the length, but I’ve been able to make it work for the most part), the packaging does not come with the weight resistance for each band so you have to go back on Amazon to see which color corresponds to which band. They should really include a guide or something with their bands.
